This workbook will introduce your child to the concepts of "hour" and "half hour".
A child who is accustomed to a certain daily routine already knows how the time of day affects what he does. For example, he wakes up at 7 a.m. and goes to bed at 8:30 p.m. The exercises in the workbook will help him comprehend this knowledge and get a correct idea of time. During the lessons, he will also practice writing numbers.
How are the tasks in the notebook structured?
At first, the child will write the numbers from 1 to 12, which are necessary to tell the time on a clock with hands. Once he remembers the numbers, it will be easier for him to tell the time.
In the first tasks, the child will determine the time by the drawn clock and circle the numbers corresponding to the given time. Then he will need to write down the time himself.
Having mastered whole hours, the child will move on to tasks in which it is necessary to determine half an hour.
The final tasks are devoted to determining the time using a clock with an electronic display.
