Delivery and payment

Whale's Tales is an online store. We are based in the Netherlands and ship throughout Europe.

DELIVERY

We ship orders on Tuesdays (orders placed before Monday 13:00 CET) and Fridays (orders placed before Thursday 13:00 CET).

You can order delivery to the desired address. The cost of delivery in the Netherlands is 4.95€. For orders over 50€, delivery in the Netherlands is free.

For orders over 80€, delivery within the European Union is free (except Malta, Greece, Cyprus, Finland).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track&trace number that will allow you to track the delivery status.

Please note that for non-EU countries, local duties and taxes are not included in the order price. Most likely, you will need to pay taxes and customs duties upon receipt of your order.

PAYMENT

We offer many payment options. If the payment methods we offer do not suit you, please contact us and we will find a solution.

RETURN

We do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase: we carefully select the best books and introduce you to their content and illustrations.

We understand that sometimes there are situations (unfortunately!) when for some reason you would like to make a return. Books in perfect condition with no signs of use are accepted for return. Return of goods is made at the expense of the buyer and can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
