" Ruslan and Ludmila " is the first poem by A. S. Pushkin, which he wrote inspired by Russian epics. The fairy-tale cat that walks on a chain around an oak tree near Lukomorye, thirty beautiful knights emerging from the sea waters, the sorcerer who stole Ludmila, and Ruslan, who freed his beloved from the spell, are known to everyone. With this poem, fame and national recognition came to A. S. Pushkin.
Wonderful illustrations by Yana Sedova convey the atmosphere of a real Russian epic and the magic of true love that wins at all times.
