The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes: A Study in Scarlet
Sherlock Holmes has been mankind's favorite book hero for over a century. Stories about him are read in many languages, films are made about him, and his image has firmly settled in popular culture. But, as sometimes happens, only a small part of what Conan Doyle wrote about the legendary detective appears on the surface.
The publishing house "Loreta" decided to publish a complete edition of the writer's works about Sherlock Holmes. The first book of the planned four-volume edition included the story "A Study in Scarlet" and the collection "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes" of twelve stories. 130 illustrations created by the artist Anton Lomaev decorated the present edition.
