The Planet of Emotions series was developed based on the successful practical experience of a child psychologist so that the child can learn to express his feelings and talk about emotions.
There are two books in the series - " My Emotions " and "My Feelings". They include comics with the main characters, explanations for children and comments for parents, as well as creative exercises for self-analysis.
"My Emotions" is the first book in the series, in which the alien Remik first arrives on Earth and meets a boy named Sasha. Together they find themselves in situations familiar to a child, experience joy and sadness, and are surprised to discover how easy it is to overcome fear of the unknown and darkness. They also understand that emotions are not bad: for example, anger will push the heroes to help another person.
