Linnea is a little girl who loves flowers. Together with her friend, the gardener Blomkvist, she travels to Paris, the birthplace of the great artist Claude Monet. They manage not only to visit the museum where his paintings are kept, but also to look into the artist's house, look at the flowers in his garden and walk along the famous Japanese bridge, which Monet so often depicted in his canvases. And they learn the most interesting things about Monet's life from his great-grandson, who they meet near Monet's house.
