One day, the beaver Castor gave his repair shop to the beaver cub Fripp for a while so that the latter would not be bored without something to do. Fripp is eager to fix something as soon as possible, because Castor has already taught him a lot: sewing, painting, and carpentry. Thanks to the beaver's rich imagination, repair work brings the most unexpected results: for example, Mr. Bobrikson's broken bicycle turns into a circus unicycle, Mrs. Khvostberg's robe into an elegant scarf, and Mr. Bulquist's ironing board into a roller board. "Actually, it didn't turn out quite what you wanted," says Fripp. "But maybe it will be good for something else?" However, none of Fripp's clients leave in a bad mood, and this is the most important thing. After all, if you work with soul, then everyone will like the result.
The charming beaver Castor and his young friend Fripp are already well known to many readers. They know how to bake pies, grow beans, do carpentry and paint, and they do it so "infectiously" that you definitely want to repeat everything after them.
