Each book in the Dinosaur Friends series tells the story of a day in the life of the tyrannosaurus Rasmus Rex and his best friend Trim Troodon. And this particular day was not going well for Rasmus in the morning. As soon as he got out of bed, he slipped, fell and hit his nose on the chest of drawers. And just a couple of minutes later, the floorboard gave way under him and he fell into the basement. Why? Because today was Friday the 13th – a day of bad luck! It’s a good thing Trim knew a way to get rid of all misfortunes. You need to find a four-leaf clover, close your eyes, make a wish, throw the clover over your left shoulder, and – voila! – the wish will come true! True, this key to luck grows in the deepest part of the swamp forest, in a meadow under Blue Mountain. The friends borrow a boat from Papa Rex and set off for clover along the river, not even imagining how many dangers await them ahead...

The series of books about the adventures of dinosaur friends was written and illustrated by writer Lars Mäle and artist Lars Rudebjer. Together they created an entire country of Dinosauria, where something funny and unexpected awaits a child on every page. The book has a lot of dialogue, so it is perfect for reading aloud and role-playing with children from 4 years old.

In addition to the fascinating plot and cute characters, the book has a small educational section that tells about who dinosaurs are, when they lived on Earth and why they disappeared. It also provides interesting facts about crocodiles that lived on Earth at the same time as dinosaurs.
