Eight Vests of Robin

Jen Fearnley came up with the story of how Robin got her name 20 years ago. The book was published in England and the USA and immediately charmed readers on both sides of the Atlantic. Subsequently, the story was published in English, French, Dutch, Italian and Greek. Numerous reprints and rave reviews - such was the triumphant path of Robin. And now, twenty years later, Jen returned to her first book, drew new illustrations and rethought the whole story from scratch. It is this updated edition that we took as the basis for our book.

Jen Fearnley has lived in rural France for many years and was inspired by its landscapes when working on her drawings: "I use the natural colours of my surroundings: the trim of the house, the vanilla winter sky, low because of the approaching snowfall, the orderly rows of wild flowers in the pasture." At the same time, Jen's drawings are bright, festive, juicy like Christmas. The book will please not only children, but also their parents.
