The collection includes two books of stories about a cheerful, never-despondent bear cub and his friends: the boy Christopher Robin, the pig Piglet, Rabbit, the donkey Eeyore and many others: "Winnie-the-Pooh" and "The House at Pooh Corner". They were written by the wonderful English writer Alan Milne, and the illustrations were drawn by the famous artist Ernest Howard Shepard. The stories were told in Russian by the poet and translator Boris Zakhoder.
