One morning a stranger came to her. He said that the old pastor was retiring, which meant that the church mouse should go with him. Therefore, Tilda must free her house for the new church mouse. Will she really have to leave?

And tourists began to come to the village between the hills to walk around the area and admire the scenery. But they had nowhere to stay overnight. And then Tilda had an interesting idea - why not open a bed and breakfast?

But these are not all the changes that have happened in Rosehip Lane. Squirrels Billy and Benny will go to school, Humphrick will decide to return to his homeland, Molly will fall in love, and Rupert will help get rid of a ghost. And, of course, long tea parties with delicious and aromatic buns await the friends.
