Folk songs and nursery rhymes are the very children's classics with which a child begins to enter the world of words and images. Yuri Vasnetsov's drawings are also memorable - simple, similar to children's, and therefore very touching. Children are very interested in looking at Vasnetsov's animals and talking about them.
