Baby Zu is a lively, restless little zebra. He has a mom and dad, grandma and grandpa, and even a very old great-grandmother. All adults, without exception, love the only baby in the family. They are happy to devote time to him and willingly join in children's games, skillfully and subtly playing their roles in them, allowing little Zu to show independence, initiative, and giving him the opportunity to learn something new.

A series of picture books about the zebra cub Zu was created by the French artist Michel Gay for the youngest readers and has already won recognition from readers in many countries. Based on the stories of Michel Gay, an animated series "Fidget Zu" was filmed, which is broadcast in Russia on the channel "Karusel".
