Since ancient times, people wanted to create a self-propelled carriage. First on springs, then on wind and sails, finally on steam, electric traction and gasoline. Together with Professor Gawgaford Maclap and his friends, Machine and Button, we will study the "History of the car in comics", learn about famous cars, the structure of the engine, types of cars, who and why invented car racing, and also see if it is possible to create a car that is harmless to the world around us.
For example, did you know that the assembly of the first mass-produced car, the famous Model T Ford, took only 1.5 hours and cost $260, which was affordable even for the poor? And have you ever seen three-wheeled cars and those that can both drive on land and float on water? The book contains not only interesting facts, but also a couple of secret tasks that only an attentive reader can complete.
This comic was created and drawn by Eliot Krasinski, an illustrator living in London. He works not only with books, but also with art objects and large murals. He collaborates with The New York Times and The Telegraph. As Eliot himself says, with the help of his black cat Pablo, he draws day and night to bring more happiness to this world.
