One day, Papa Rex told Rasmus and Thrym about a ship that had sunk in the Black Bay. There was a treasure hidden on the ship, but they were not allowed to go there under any circumstances: the treasure was guarded by a giant octopus. Despite the ban, Thrym took Papa Rex's old raft and launched it into the water - just to test it near the shore. Of course, that wasn't all, and now the raft was carrying Rasmus and Thrym across the waves of the Big Lake to the Black Bay!
