Why learn to carve?
When cutting a sheet, we make dozens of coordinated movements: we hold and turn the sheet, control the direction of the cut, close and open the scissors. Therefore, a child does not immediately manage to make even one simple cut.
By mastering the skill of working with scissors, children develop fine motor skills, prepare their hand for writing, learn to work with a complex tool, and train their attentiveness and accuracy.

The "Cutouts" series has two notebooks of different levels of complexity. In the first notebook for children aged 3-4, kids learn to make simple straight cuts and smooth curves. In the second notebook for children aged 4-5, the tasks become more difficult: a cut sheet turns into a small craft with an interesting plot.
