Vitaly Valentinovich Bianki (1894-1959) is the most famous naturalist writer, journalist and teacher. The collection includes twelve of his most famous tales: "How the Ant Hurried Home", "The First Hunt", "Forest Houses", "Whose Nose is Better?" and others. Vitaly Bianki created a new type of fairy tale for children, a scientific one. Indeed, all of the author's works written for children combine elements of a classic fairy tale, as well as reliable facts about wildlife and the world around us. The writer's tales, while entertaining the child, reveal to him the world of animals and natural phenomena, its laws and relationships. The book was prepared for the 130th anniversary of Vitaly Bianki's birth.
